There are numerous policies in place to keep Freshwater as safe and fun as possible. One of the most visible of those is the Check in and out procedure.
At Freshwater we use a computer based method for checking in that is simple. Registration is simple and fast, if it is your first time visiting, you can print out this Registration Form and bring it with you, or simply do it at the guest desk. Please bring two or three barcodes with you (i.e. driver’s license).
At the check in station there are greeters who are happy to assist you in any way that they can. Every time your child is checked in, they are issued a nametag with a security code attached to it. The security code is a random 3 digit code that is also issued to the parents. Every child in your family will have the same code on that particular Sunday. Once your child has his or her nametag, you can drop them off in the classroom where they are accounted for on a class roll. Once church is over, you simply bring your claim slip to the teacher and your child will be released to you.
